We sure do! Select express post in the checkout. All free shipping items will be posted via regular post, unless you choose to pay for express.
If someone is not at home to sign for your delivery it will be redirected to your local post office.
Sure! As long as the item you want to exchange is full priced, and in original condition with all labels and tags attached. Must be returned within 14 days and we will happily offer you an exchange in the same style.
You’re welcome to return items for exchange or credit note if they are full priced, in original condition and sent back within 14 days. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.
Unfortunately we are only able to ship within Australia.
All return shopping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once a return is received it can take up to 5 business days to process – don’t worry, we probably have it! However when sending your return we recommend you get a tracking number, just incase.
While Fluxx makes every attempt to ensure our online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available May be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel and refund that item or the entire order.
All orders placed before 1pm will be sent out the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next business day. All regular post will be delivered within 2 – 7 business days. Express orders will be delivered between 1 – 3 business days
